Oral History is often times the only way individuals remember their loved ones and their lives. Veterans are no exemption. Many times individual veteran stories only stick around and surface from loved ones telling stories of their loved one in the service. In this interview, Mary Gibson, daughter of Margaret Seabreeze is interviewed here. Mary Gibson is a retired LPN, who has previously worked at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Fort Wayne Indiana. She tells us the story of her mother during her service, her regiment, and other points that stuck with Mary while growing up throughout the years. The photo above is a picture of her mother working on a bomber engine. The picture is famous and known throughout different museums and the internet.
